Let’s be real: life is a lot. And when you're constantly navigating big emotions, tricky relationships, late diagnoses, sensory overload, or cycles that seem to repeat — sometimes you just need a space that’s yours. No judgment. No performance. Just clarity, compassion, and calm(ish) curiosity.

Whether you’re processing a life shift, untangling old family patterns, figuring out how ADHD or neurodivergence plays into your story, or simply trying to feel more like you again — therapy can help.

This is your space to breathe, be honest, and begin again. You set the goals. You guide the pace. And together, we’ll work toward what healing, growth, or “getting unstuck” looks like for you.

 

What to Expect

Individual counselling is confidential (it’s not connected to your medical or employment records) and grounded in psychological insight, evidence-based practices, and a deep understanding of neurodivergent brains and bodies. I bring in tools from ACT, emotion-focused work, trauma-informed care, attachment theory, internal family systems and good old-fashioned humour when it helps lighten the load.

You don’t have to know exactly what you want from therapy to start. Showing up is enough.

Who I Work With

I work with adults of all genders, neurotypes, and backgrounds. Many of my clients are late-diagnosed or self-identifying neurodivergent folks (especially ADHD), highly sensitive humans, and people recovering from perfectionism, emotional neglect, or toxic relationships.

Whether you’re in the middle of a crisis or just starting to notice the low-level “meh” isn’t going away…this space is here for you.
