Counselling to support your relationship to thrive.
Carrie Hatchett
Hi, I’m a Registered Clinical Counsellor and the founder of Turning to Connections.
I help individuals and couples untangle the past, make sense of patterns, and reconnect; with themselves and each other. Whether you’re navigating a relationship rupture, late diagnosis, or just trying to feel less stuck and more seen, I offer a space where real growth can happen.
With over 20 years’ experience in mental health and relationship support including time with The Salvation Army and Relationships Australia QLD, I bring both evidence-based tools and human warmth to our work.
My approach is practical, compassionate, and tailored to you. I blend psychological insight with a deep understanding of how neurodivergence (especially ADHD) can shape our emotions, identity, and connections.
If you’re looking for someone who “gets it”, who can hold space for the messiness, the humour, and the healing, you’re in the right place.
