How It Works

Step 3: You leave with a shared plan, tools to use this week, and clarity on next steps.

I offer afternoon and evening sessions online, Mon - Wed, so you don't have to choose between work and your relationship.
Couples Reset Session (2 hours)
Description
If you're stuck in the same argument on repeat and can't see a way out, this session is designed to give you clarity and a practical starting point.
In 2 hours, we'll:
• Identify the pattern underneath the fight (not just the content)
• Map what each of you is really trying to say (and where it's getting lost)
• Give you one concrete tool to try this week
You'll leave with a shared understanding of what's happening and a clearer sense of whether ongoing work together makes sense. If it does, we can book your next three sessions before you go.
